How long does a boudoir session take?
Session length depends on your collection. To Be Seen runs approximately 1.5-2hrs, To Be Known around 2-2.5 hours, and To Be Remembered up to 3 hours

Will my photos be shared without my permission?
Never. Your privacy is everything. Images are never shared online or in print without your explicit permission. What happens in your session stays yours.

How do I receive my images?
You'll receive preview images within 24-48 hours of your boudoir session. Your full gallery is delivered within 2-4 weeks through a private, secure and password protected online viewing gallery.

Can I bring someone with me?
You're welcome to bring a support person if it helps you feel comfortable. Just let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

What if I'm on my period?
It happens — it won't cancel your session. We work around it. Don't let it stop you from booking. I’ve got everything you’ll need!

Is boudoir photography in Northeast Pennsylvania affordable?
I believe every woman deserves to feel seen — which is why I offer flexible payment plans on all collections and seasonal/limited mini session opportunities (reach out to find the next scheduled). There's an option for every budget and every season of life. Boudoir photography doesn't have to be out of reach.

Do I need modeling experience for a boudoir session?
Not even a little. Every boudoir session at Allison Smith Imagery is fully guided — every pose, every movement, every expression. You just show up. You don’t need to study Pinterest the night before.

What if I've never done boudoir photography before?
Most of my clients haven't. That's exactly who I'm here for. We go at your pace, we talk through everything, and I promise you'll forget you were ever nervous.

What size do I need to be for a boudoir session?
There is no size requirement. Allison Smith Imagery is a body positive/body neutral boudoir photographer serving NEPA — real women, every body, every age (21+), every story. You are welcome here exactly as you are.

What do I wear to a boudoir session?
Whatever makes you feel like you. Comfort is KEY. You'll receive a full prep guide after booking with wardrobe guidance included.
